By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Admire Piuget, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Authenticity

All Admire Piuget timepieces are original and quality-checked before dispatch. Slight variations in appearance may occur due to lighting or display settings.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time in Pakistan is 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or strikes are beyond our control.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

  • Prebooking orders require advance payment, as agreed upon at the time of order.

4. Return & Exchange Policy 

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

5. Warranty (If warranty is available)

Admire Piuget watches come with a 1-year limited warranty, covering internal manufacturing defects only. 

This does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Water damage (unless stated

  • Accidental damage or misuse

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Customer details are collected only for order processing and are never shared with third parties.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24-48 hours of placement.
 Note: Prebooked items are non-refundable once confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Admire Piuget’s website and social media (logos, product names, designs, and images) is protected. Reproduction or reuse without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes (unless stated).

  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored.

10. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.
 If an item goes out of stock after your order, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.

11. Custom Orders / Prebooking Terms

  • Preorders or custom requests may take 20–45 days for delivery.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate sourcing or manufacturing.

12. Delivery Failures

If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the courier may try again.
 Repeated missed deliveries may result in cancellation, and return charges may be deducted.

13. Color & Display Disclaimer

Actual product color may slightly differ from the images due to lighting, screen settings, or photography.

14. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website, post false reviews, or impersonate others.
 You must be 18 years or older to place orders or have parental consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

Admire Piuget shall not be held liable for indirect damages, courier-related issues, or misuse after delivery.
 Liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of Pakistan.
 Any disputes will be resolved under applicable local jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

Admire Piuget reserves the right to update or revise these terms without prior notice.
 Customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
